You have the right to:-
- be involved in all decisions about your career and the job you would like to do
- be treated well, free from any discrimination
- have all your personal information kept confidential and for this information to be used by Work Venture only for the purpose of finding and keeping a job
- give feedback about the service and the support provided
- complain without fear of retribution, about Work Venture's service by following the grievance procedure
- have a say about how the service is run
- view relevant information kept about you on file and in our computers by giving a reasonable period of notice
- be assured that Work Venture will not divulge any of your information to any person or organisation without your written permission.
Your Responsibilities
You have the responsibility:-
- for the decisions you make together with Work Venture about your career
- to give Work Venture any information that may assist us in helping you to find a job and keep that job
- to attend all appointments arranged for you by our service and to arrive on time to those appointments or if unable to attend to inform Work Venture as soon as you are aware you will not be able to attend.
- to respect the rights and needs of others who use Work Venture's services
- to do what you agreed to do in your Employment Pathway Plan
- to be contactable and advise Work Venture of any changes to your contact details--address, phone numbers etc.

to conduct yourself appropriately with Work Venture staff. Bad language, aggressive or threatening behaviour or lewd and other inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
