I have a problem?
You have the right to complain if you are not happy about any aspect of the service you receive from Work Venture. We cannot correct a problem if we do not know anything about it.

Work Venture is a community based organisation and is open to public scrutiny. It will investigate any complaints made by you.
How do I lodge a complaint?
First speak to the staff member who is assisting you. This may be the Job Placement Consultant or the Job Support Worker. Tell them that you want to complain about some aspect of Work Venture. If you feel that you cannot adequately state your views you can have your parents, guardian or advocate speak on your behalf.

If you cannot achieve a satisfactory solution to your problem, you should ask to speak to the General Manager or CEO of Work Venture and tell him/her what has happened.

If speaking to these people does not resolve your concern you should write a letter to the:

"Chairperson"

Work Venture (Qld) Ltd

P.O. Box 816

IPSWICH Qld 4305

Mark your letter "Confidential"

The Chairperson represents you on the Work Venture Board. They will raise your concern at the next Committee meeting. You will receive a written response. The Board meets bi-monthly.
